Bošnjačko nacionalno vijeće najoštrije osuđuje sinoćnji pokušaj državnog udara odmetnutog dijela turske vojske i izražava duboko žaljenje zbog pokušaja da se obori demokratski izabrana vlast.
Bošnjačko nacionalno vijeće izražava saosjećanja sa porodicama nevino nastradalih građana Turske, koji su braneći svoju slobodu i pravo na izbor izgubili živote tokom pokušaja nasilnog preuzimanja vlasti od strane odmetnutog dijela vojske.
Vijeće ujedno izražava i divljenje zbog pokazane hrabrosti i visoke svijesti građana Turske koji su i pored prijtenji upućenih od strane dijela oružanih snaga da ostanu u svojim domovima, ipak poslušali predsjednika Republike Turske i izašli na trgove i ulice i time dali podršku legalno izabranim državnim organima Turske a svoju državu odbranili od anarhije.
Građani Turske su na taj način cijelom svijetu održali lekciju iz patriotizma i demokratije, pokazali kako se čuva pravni i ustavni poredak svoje domovine i dokazali da je demokratija vladavina prava izražena kroz volju većine građana.
Bošnjačko nacionalno vijeće vjeruje da će Republika Turska i njeno rukovodstvo iz ovoga izaći još snažnije i čvršće opredijeljeno odbrani osnovnih principa demokratije po kojima se vlast osvaja na izborima a ne upotrebom sile.
Predsjednik Bošnjačkog nacionalnog vijeća ovim povodom uputio je pisma podrške predsjedniku Republike Turske Redžepu Taipu Erdoanu, predsjedniku Vlade Republike Turske Binaliu Yildirimu kao i vladajućoj Partiji pravde i razvoja.

COUNCISNESS AND COURAGE OF THE TURKISH PEOPLE HAVE SAVED TURKEY FROM ANARCHY
Bosniak National Council most strongly condemns last night's coup attempt of the rogue faction of the Turkish army and expresses deepest regrets for the attempt to overthrow the democratically elected government.
Bosniak National Council hereby expresses sympathy with the families of the citizens that have died in an innocent way and which have lost their lives while defending their freedom and their right of choice during the attempt of violent takeover of the power by the rogue army faction.
Bosniak National Council also expresses its admiration for the courage and high levels of conciseness showed by the citizens of Turkey which have answered the call of the President of the Republic of Turkey and went to the streets and squares and with that supported the legally elected state authorities of Turkey and defended their country from anarchy, despite the threats that came from the part of the armed forces with instructions not to leave their homes.
In that way, the Turkish people have held a lesson in patriotism and democracy to the entire world, they have showed how the legal and constitutional order should be protected and have proved that democracy is the rule of law expressed thought the will of the majority of citizens.
Bosniak National Council believes that the Republic of Turkey and its leadership will come out of this even stronger and more firmly committed to defending fundamental principles of democracy according to which power is won through elections and not by using force.
On this occasion, the President of the Bosniak National Council has sent letters of support to the President of the Republic of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, to the Turkish Prime minister Binali Yıldırım as well as to the ruling Justice and Development Party.
